Honestly before i ever watched this movie i did not know what to expect. this is my 4th time watchign it. Therefore when i found out we were watching this movie, i recognized it and was happy we wer wtaching it cuz its funny and abit of horror thrown in at the same time.

 althought the parts where i imagined people dying, fighting, blood, and body parts being cut off did happen. I am really dissapointed that we couldnt watch the rest of the film , i would say it s one of my top movies! (by the way thank you sir for at least making us watch abit of it:)!)

its a pretty cool movie.I would have to say that the story was an average story. The fact that the only way he can get his ex back by surviving all the zombies was a little difficult to understand, because i found that at several scenestheir was too much happening. ALthough, the fcat that their was some comedy by both Shaun and his step brother Ed wa spretty funny.

the directing of the film was also well done. since this film required a lot if  special effects (zombies, fighting, hitting), it was really well oraganized. The lighting was always on que, and the filming of the camera angles were good. It actaually, at some parts made you feel as you were a part of the movie bacause i woukd get scared and dizzy when the zombies would fight.

The acting in this film was very good. my favorite characters were Ed and Shaun. They were both so funny, especially at the parts when they were trying to escape form the zombies in their backyard. To act in these movies arent the easiest thing, althught they all mostly pulled it off. I find that all the charcters all wellplayed their parts expexpt for the ex girl friend. She was not bad, but i expected her to be a bit more on the crazy side and want to get back with Shaun. Except she was kind of quiet wheras she should of been more active seeing that the movie revolved around Shaun trying to get her back.

My expectations were met because in this film there were romantic scenes as well as funny ones too. One example of romance in this film that met my expectations was when Reuben met Polly and they danced together and he had learned the salsa dance just for her. I thought it was really cute and romantic. A romantic scene is destroyed though by Reuben dancing like an idiot, yet Polly and the crowd is impressed, and as a result I wasn’t sure if it’s meant to laugh at that scene or find it serious. A scene example of comedy would be when he went to Polly’s house and he had to go to the bathroom so badly and the toilet got clogged which was really funny because at first it was a romantic date, then the food was too spicy and in the end he had to go to the bathroom which is what made the audience laugh. The pet ferret was also hilarious sometimes because he would always bump into things and it would make me giggle because of its cuteness and clumsiness that was so randomly added and funny.

I think that the writing was hilarious and well written respecting the limit that comedy brings, except a little bit more gross. I think that the pros of this film are that every character in this movie has a good chunk of a part to say and unlike some other movies where characters are shown and later disappeared or forgotten, this movie brings joy to your eyes with every character, even the pet ferret. If it wasn’t for the pet, I think this movie would just be a drag because you look forward to seeing what kind of funny stunt the little animal will do next. The facial expressions of the business men at the table in the meeting were funny. Even though they are not introduced, they are still portrayed as included in the movie and they have their expressions to make you laugh. They make it funny and enjoyable to watch even though it is a scene that is initially supposed to be boring because they are in a meeting. The cons of this movie are that the humor I find is gross like when they showed the toilet water when Reuben flushed the toilet for instance which some people have light stomachs and aren’t too keen on that, and I find that he story is overdone. For a story that is only about a couple dating and breaking up for someone else I feel that it is dragged on to the point where I don’t see the morality to the story because it is just being carried on for a long time about the same situation and characters which can get a little boring. Plus, how many times can you laugh at the ferret anyways.

 I think that the directing of this film was decent because basically it wasn’t hard to direct a movie like this. It is simple and doesn’t require hardly any special effects.  I think the story flowed nicely at the beginning but then I find that the comedy started to wear off and I also found that Ben Stiller’s comedy never changes and like in every other movie his comedy was the same. He should have changed his character around a bit and directed it more  above the others which would have gave it a different approach knowing that the characters can do so more than just what they normally can on a regular basis. The directing was awkwardly disgusting at some points which some people would not enjoy watching especially those who get grossed out fast but it was directed in a way that took a standard approach that didn’t cross borders to too much.

I thought that he acting was great and that the actors played it cool and realistic at some points only. The pros of the acting were that I found that the characters all tried their very best to actually include some comedy in themselves even though they are not naturally funny like Philip Seymour which I wouldn’t have expected to have been as funny as he was in this movie, and I find he did a very good job acting his part out. It looked realistic and down to earth as well. The cons of it are that I found that the scuba diving instructor accent was too fake and I don’t think that they speak like that. It was over exaggerated comedy with his tone of voice and accent. The pet ferret I found was ridiculously funny at some points but when he banged his head a couple of times I found that the way it was acted out was unrealistic because he wouldn’t be alive by now after all the injuries that poor animal took.

I would recommend this movie for probably any aged males and females because it is funny and it is made for a mentality of almost a twelve year old. It is easy to comprehend and to follow the story line that anyone can watch it. If couples have children they should bring them to see this movie because it is family oriented and contains lots of joyful laughter that the family can experience together and the kids will especially like the pet!

I think it was a good idea that the internet was invented because without the internet we wouldnt be able to find information or to get help with out projects.  Its always something good to  have. internet is very useful for all around the world , you can check out news, blogs, weather, anything you name it.

2) Cell Phone

I think having a cell phone is better than having a house phone because cell phones are always good to have and you can bring them everywhere.  If there is an emergancy you always have your cell phone with you. its easyer to contact when not at home. only bad part about it is using it while driving in the car since it can cause lts of accidents.

3) Cars

Its good to have cars like that we can travel diffrent places. cars are useful for going to places far from the destination u wana go to . although these days its pretty expensive for cars and gas and another disadvantage wuld be traffic wich is why many people use the metro.

4) Television

The television is a good invention because when you are bored or have nothing  to  do its good entertainment.  Instead of sitting around the house having nothing to do you can just turn on the t.v and watch some movies, watch sports, watch anything you like, it is always good to keep you updated with news and stuff that are happening all around the world.

5) Laptops

I think laptops are goos inventions because you can bring them everywhere with you.  They are very usefult and they are also very good to have since it was a portable computer, you can acces to anything on the go!

6)   Bus

Busses are very good to have because if some people dont have cars and cant offord them we always have transportation to help us get to wher we wanna go and it consumes less money on gas!

7) Airplanes

I think airplanes are good to have because we can travel all over the world.  It can also give us opportunities to visite so many nice countreis and cities. it is one of the greatest inventions ever to be made !

Clocks/watches

A clock is a good invention because we can keep track of the time, we wont be late for anything.  For example if we have a meeting or have somewhere to be we wont be late. it is also very useful for a example a wrist wtach is useful on the go when going somehwerr.

9) Microwave

I think a microwave is a good invention because if we want to warm things up fast fast we can.  Instead of cooking something that takes time and if were in a rush we can warm something up that wont take long. it is probbaly not as strong as a stove but it still does the job!

10) Fridge

last but not a least a fridge wich is also a great invention cuz its good to preserve fod and refregerate them although some foods cnat stay long in their or they come bad, but it is one of the most useful things to have in a house to keep things fresh and to have a good meal!
